I get these on a regular basis. How can they offer a quality servoce when they guarantee you - a one man band - exclusivity. Their blurb to the users say all tradesmen are "in house", but your letter will say they only use contarctors.!!!!

I would swerve.
 
It's all a load of old bull, stay well clear and forget it!
