Analysing port on old model ideal independent

Is the black cap in the picture below the analysing port on an ideal independent from around 2012. I know they have changed the flue now and its on the turret elbow, with the air intake point too. Doesn't look like they used to have a sample point for the air intake? Thanks for any advice.

Or do it from outside if you can reach the flue

I think its a bit of an ideal “ thing “ reminds me of the Isar and Icos etc etc

Thanks I tried to find the instructions on the ideal independents with this all model flue with no luck.
