Can anyone recommend a good shower pump manufacturer as we have used s/turner for years but we have had a leak from one and they are not willing to change it so time to move on.
 
what reason did stuart turner give you for not honouring guarantee?
 
you have not stated the age of the pulm thats failed, prehaps its out of warranty. I use stuart turners as they a reliable pumps and good quality.

every excuse under the sun, what flux, solder, airing cupboard not big enough, in accessible position at base of cylinder ,not using a essex flange (very hard water area) you name it they said it and it still had 6 months guarantee to go.
 
Very unusual for them.

If the plumber sourced it then its his problem.
