Done a landlord ticket today and condensate was dripping out of the flue when boiler was running who ever installed it did not put a fall on the flue so I NCS and explained to the landlord.

thats nothing, last year i watched an installer put a 5 degree negative / fall on a main 24he.

Well it depends what the MI says really . In july we changed a Ferolli flue for someone that Ferolli engineers had condemned because it had fall back to the boiler (A condenser) There MI says it is installed level !!! The fall is created by the way the inner flue is . WE did not install the boiler but did the modification for them . Couldnt see the point really but hey ho it all brings Friday.
