Does anyone make a bar shower with hot on the right ?

grohe do a conversion kit for their bar mixers to put the hot on the right ,or at least it works if the hot and cold are reversed
 
I've seen/used one turned upside down. Your brain adapts to the controls being the wrong way after couple uses. The hose sticking out the top looks bit funny.

Mira shower mixer adjustment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
