On a brighter note for guys / gals looking for apprenticeships, one of my apprentices has just been awarded a CIPHE engineering award .
He is on a 4year apprenticeship with me ( I dont accept anything less than 4 yr!) :)
 
As much a credit to you Toddy,as the apprentice,well done,respect !!
