I'm just about to do a quote for a flat with a loft conversion ,living area downstairs 1 bed 1 bathroom upstairs .The customer wants a combi ,do i have to allow for 2 zone valves and 2 room stats to comply with the new minimum of two heating zones change of the part L regs ?What is everyone else doing ?
